  LOVE Herzog! They go above and beyond. My fiance' had quite a unique situation. He was ecstatic that he found the perfect ring that he knew I would absolutely adore. Herzog was the only store that carried this particular ring designer. My fingers are so tiny that it couldn't get sized down, but had to get custom made by the designer. Herzog made sure my now hubby got it back just in time for him to carry out THE most perfect proposal. He spoke so highly of the Herzog team I had no choice but to also purchase his band from them. They did NOT let me down on this purchase either. Customer service is par excellent and the staff is like family. They are so delightful, very helpful, communicate effectively, and take care of you in a timely manner. We will be customers for life!
